Absolutely the best rooms in London you will find at the price very clean and everything you need certainty better then most hotels around very friendly staff nothing to much trouble couldn't thankyou enough definitely saved our trip to London after a bumpy start thumps up all round great little garden to relax in of an evening too.

Fantastic place to stay

We visited London for the weekend to go and see a show and wanted something cheap and cheerful. Cheap it definitely was, but cheerful; far from! We had some train cancellations and therefore arrived later than scheduled. After walking through dog mess on the front step,we called the number shown on the door, as it was apparently unmanned after a certain time. The attitude we received on the phone was absolutely abysmal, it quickly turned nasty with the manager stating that we're not able to stay at the property. Shortly after this conversation, we were approached by a young man from inside the building (so it was clearly staffed), who shouted at us saying "don't speak to my f***ing mum like that". 
This left us in an awkward position as most hotels were already fully booked and it was very late in the evening. It was an incredibly stressful situation and we wouldn't want anyone to experience what we did. 
I wouldn't stay at this place again if someone paid me and I suggest that you don't either.

We were in a tiny room in the sixth floor, and we had no major problem (no hair or noise) the only thing was that the bathroom was smelly, and the neighborhood was very quiet, not far from the design museum or Paddington, a one-hour walk from Hide Park and Kensington Palace.

It's a small room.

Recently booked a room with this property. Worst decision ever. This was meant to be just a place to sleep overnight but it changed drastically after the first glance. Before arriving, we were going to be coming past 6pm, so they requested a payment to be made in advance and proof emailed over so they can get a key ready. Once arrived, this was how to say, in a very unsure neighbourhood. The key was left on the notice board upon entrance. We were assigned room 66. This room is on the top floor which is 5th floor with stairs as steep as the hills. If you have a lot of luggage with you, please reconsider as you will not be able to carry it up without hurting yourself. 
Once we made it up to the room, the door was so stuck it needed a bit of force just to open up. The room was NOTHING like advertised on booking.com who still have not come back to us about this shocking room.  The room had 2 towels, with no hand towel in the bathroom. The shower was full of limescale and the bathroom door would not open fully. If you are taller than 5”5 you will not be able to sit down on the toilet without bashing your knees. The room was dirty, no cleaning has been done at all. No minimum health and safety standards have been met despite being in a global pandemic. 
Quite honestly speaking, it was so awful we booked another room to stay that same night as it was not secure and unhygienic. 
Would not be visiting any time soon. Checked the reviews for this place from previous occupants and the damp on all of the walls is still there despite years going by. 
I understand small marks and damages, but this is just unhygienic and quite honestly disgusting. 
AVOID!!!

Stay away if that’s the last thing you do! 

We decided to give this hotel another chance, despite it being a dive but it was convenient to our venue and we only needed somewhere to sleep.
Due to Covid, our coach was cancelled as was our event. We contacted them as it was circumstances of a national disaster and London is somewhere not to visit currently. We explained all of this and asked if we could change dates or have a voucher, they said Tough, you've made a non refundable booking and there is no reason you can't come, we are open!! 
We are now getting legal advice.
We should have learnt from last time where we had issues booking in and and found the room to be nasty. 
NEVER AGAIN!!! RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!

Rip off merchants

It's a small, personal hotel that needs to be completely changed. Our double room was a hole, really just for sleeping and showering. If you have the big suitcases, forget about it because either you or the suitcases are in the room.

Only if you can 't find anything else.

On a plus side this so called hotel is very close to Olympia and that was the only good thing.
We had a problem with train cancellations and trying to get throughto the hotel via several telephone calls and E mails to explain that we wouldn't get there before 11pm was a nightmare. Also we were told that after having booked 4 rooms 4 months in advance a person would have to go to another hotel as they had double booked! After a great deal of heated discussion a box room was found! However it was so hot and so small that no one should have been put in there.The man was extremely rude and totally unhelpful.
The rooms are basic and very small. Beds were small and mattress very lumpy. 
If you are happy to have basic facilities then it's OK ish. If you are not then this is a definite NO. 
Would we stay here again for the Olympia horse show _ NO NO NO. There are far better places at just as reasonable prices nearby.

POOR

Was transferred here from another hotel as there had been a problem with our room. What a disappointment! Walls were dirty. Floor was sticky. Room was really hot, and the radiator was turned off. Shower was set to a really high temperature, close to 40 degrees, but was broken so couldn’t be turned down. Every time the toilet was flushed a strong sewerage smell filled the room. Was only here as We had a very busy couple of days in London. Couldn’t wait to check out.

Awful!

I only stayed there one night but I can say that the hotel is fine but you can hear the neighbors from the rooms as if they were next door. Same outside. Beware of check-in which is only from 3:00 to 11:00! Small but convenient bathroom. In the room there is a mini fridge, microwave and a boiler. Which is nice nonetheless. For me, my room was clean... 0 worries.

Good, but... we've known better.

Stayed here for a week whilst exhibiting at Olympia- its location is brilliant for exhibitors.

I panicked before arrival as booked through expedia and the phone number does not work to double check bookings, but I eventually got through to them and they confirmed the booking.
The carpet in communal areas needs a thorough clean, and the staff aren't exactly trained on customer service, but if you need somewhere to rest your head for cheap, this should fit the bill.

Rooms were surprisingly fine, with fridge and microwave in each room, I found the bed ok and the heating was cranked up through the day so room was very warm, I had to turn it down on the first night. 
The shower in the morning had good power, but was sometimes hot and sometimes warm- the main issue with the room was that the shower plumbing has been bodged- there is no U-bend on the shower, which means that sewer smells come up through the shower through the day. Depending on the power of your nose this is either unnoticeable, or a major issue. It took me until the last day to realise that I could have put some cling film over the shower waste to seal it and stopped the smell.
The room was pretty quiet, although I slept with earplugs just in case, the neighbourhood is quiet.

It has fast free WIFI in the rooms.

All in all, if you have stayed in budget hotels around the world this is a pretty good one, if you are used to the Hilton, you will be disgusted by every aspect of this place, (and might need a reality check and a week camping to bring you back down to earth).

I'll probably re book this for next year.
