First of all, this service apartment does not have a lift. I traveled there for a month thus got a few big luggages, very troublesome. What's worse is the cleanliness of the room, living room and bathroom was horrible. They provided one a week housekeeping service, but they missed it and I had to call for them to come and clean my apartment. The quality of the iron and board, and the table were very bad. 

Why people stay there because it is not far from two underground stations. NIce place for restaurants. But, sorry to say that I will not return.

I am very disappointed

It’s all started with the nice pictures they posted on different web sites, the spacious living area, with a neat black leather Sofa. I booked it later thru “booking.com” in Sept 2018 for a period of 7 nights (Oct 7-14), and everything seemed fine. There was 2 type of accommodation, “entirely on ground floor” and “basement”. So, I booked the ground floor, and they communicated later with me to arrange meeting point for the check-in. 

Within 24 hours from my arrival, they emailed me to reconfirm the reservation with a message shows “lower ground floor”. So, I called them to clarify the “lower”, and they said they don’t have ground floor, and they only have the lower floor, which turned to be the basement. 

They were unprofessional, and uncaring at the same time. So, I contacted “booking” and they did what they have to do, in order to force the property to provide me with the type of accommodation I booked, or a similar accommodation nearby. They promised us to do so, and I requested the property to reconfirm that in writing, and they did. 

When I arrived in London, I found out that the accommodation is entirely in the basement. I informed “booking.”, and they contacted the property, but nothing changed. They were still useless. 

I flew all the way to London thinking I will get the accommodation on the ground floor, but that didn’t happen. I called several times, sometimes they didn’t answer. I don’t want to mention names, but he will read this review, and he will understand that people has dignity, and will not accept £75 to stop asking for their rights. 

I couldn’t find any other property nearby during that period. It was a high season, and every good hotel was sold out. I had no option, but to stay in the basement. The most shocking to me is the condition of the accommodation, and the dirty furniture. It was nothing related to the pictures I have seen, or the reason I booked it for. I called them couple of times to fix the lights and the drying rack, but they never did. A broken drawer in the kitchen, and they lied by saying it’s for safety reason!.... shame !

Good location, Bad experience with Misleading information

When looking fo places to stay in London, I was more concerned with neighborhood and access to public transportation than I was anything else.  What I got was the full package of a cute place, easy access and tons of great restaurants and pubs. 

The only issue I had was that housekeeping had not been to the apartment to clean after the last stay when we arrived. This was quickly remedied for us with a phone call. When we got back to the apartment after having dinner, everything was set for us and the rest of our stay was awesome.

After a day of sightseeing it was really nice to have an apartment to relax in. We never had to worry about dinner - as the neighborhood had so many great options for us that we never got bored.

This really felt like a home away from home. I will try to book here again!

Perfect base for London Adventures

I have stayed here for 5 nights and I have had a comfortable stay. Everything was good. Toiletries, utensils, TV, hair dryer, Press, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, heaters etc were provided. Basic needs were fulfilled. Service was also good as my mails and calls were answered properly. I requested for a fan and I got the same within the given time. I was able to check in and check out comfortably. I can happily recommend this place to my fellow travellers. The location of the residence is also good, near to Oxford streer and a lot restaurants.

UK has residences on lower ground floor as well. In case you are not comfortable staying in that apartment then do mention it before booking. I got lower ground floor and the outside was not that clean. 
The building doesn't have a lift, so you will have to carry your bags up or down a flight of stairs. Be prepaired. 
1st floor doesn't have much stairs, only 5 or 6 so you can pick that. 

Rest everything was good, you can definitely book it.


A home away from home

We couldn't stay there because when he called the hotel, he informed me that the apartment had been damaged and that therefore he couldn't welcome me and my friend. No email to warn, we would have arrived in London and could have left because of accommodations. It turned out later that the establishment was overbooked and they had no room to offer us! Without setting foot on it, I strongly discourage this establishment from lying!!!

You're lying!

From the pictures everything looks perfect but it's not. They have no idea what it means to care for details. Window with broken glass. TV antenna wire not working. Dirty bathroom. Under beds pile of dust. Some electrical wires cut off from the wall. Zero attendance. I understand it was Easter, but at least you could answer the messages. Booked through Booking.com.
