this place was really awful..  very dirty, is just a very dirty room in a house. they were in the garden most of the night being pretty noisey. the bed wasn't made when we arrived so we had the honour of seeing the mattress!!! it looked like something from a CSI episode! we slept on top of the duvet with our clothes on XXX the place was VERY cheap (for London prices) for what you pay you get .

horrific stained bed what a dive!

The worst place i have seen in my life. The "reception" was a tiny table under stairs. They took us to our room and i was gobsmacked. Couldn't belive they were going to put myself and my family in it. The bathroom stunk and there was a bin bag over the window as it was broken. There were holes in the ceiling which were dripping with rain water which actually dripped on my head. Refused to stay there and luckily found somewhere else. These pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT STAY THERE....

Do not go here

This place is pretty much what the other reviews describe. The facilities are very basic and need work but it looks like a family have bought this property and are renting out some of the rooms while the female members of the family clean the rooms and live in some of the rooms with the kids. 

Our room had no TV, fridge, kettle or hangers in the wardrobes. The windows were broken in that you could not close or lock the top windows but we did have a fan (probably because the room stunk of cigarette smoke). A few simple repairs would improve things, like fixing the headboards onto the beds etc. 

I'd say that it's an ok place due to its proximity to the tube station if you are backpacking but you will not get into the bathroom in the morning easily. 

Needs work but could be a decent motel

If i could give this "hotel" less that one star I would, when we arrived we had originally booked 3 rooms, when the owner finally came to book us in we were told that there was only two rooms available and that we'd have to share! Fed up of arguing we accepted the 2 rooms as there was nothing else nearby with availability.

We were then taken to our rooms in the death trap lift. The rooms absolutely stunk of weed, upon further inspection we could see none of the rooms had been cleaned in a long while as there was mould around the bottoms of the walls and on the window ledge, also don't think the cleaner owns a hoover. You can sit on the toilet with you feet in the shower it's that small. The showers were full of someone else's toiletries.

The bed had half collapsed and the noise in the rooms was unbearable!

Both towels in the room were full of holes / rips and these weren't changed once in our 4 day stay.

From the start we new that this place was below a basic standard for accomodation. 

When we arrived, the only reason we found the property was that the cleaning woman was walking in, otherwise we would never have found the property as there is no signage. 

Upon entering the building, there was no one at reception and we had to wait 20 minutes before the manager arrived to check us in. 

As I proceeded to pay, I was told that this was a cash only business and that I would need to go and take out money - I was not given a receipt or any records to show that I had paid for my stay. This made me both uncomfortable and questionable about the legitimacy of this business. 

The noise in the rooms was unbearable st nighttime and the blinds did anything but keep the light out from the main road. 

For the first 24 hours, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom - which was unclean and not up to hygiene standards. 

The communal kitchen lacked ammenities to suit the guests in the complex. 

We walked in on a man who was smoking a joint in the communal kitchen area, who was then sitting at the reception desk? By this point, I was appalled by the lack of functionality and professionalism of this establishment. 

There was no one at reception for our check out to offer us an explanation for why the facilities were in the condition that they were. 

We gave this place a chance however, we were utterly disappointment. 

You would be better staying at a budget hostel!!!!

Absolutely terrible 

I don't understand the negative comments to be honest, maybe I was lucky and picked a good day to stay, and I wouldn't say I'm a very easy person the please when it comes to staying away, but our group had two rooms between us and both were clean and comfortable. The showers left a little to be desired but they worked and for the price I wouldn't really expect anymore. 
Please don't take my word for it though, I'd hate to have been a one off and for you to have a horrible stay. I would stay again though. Super close to the tube station as well. 

Reasonable room for reasonable price. 

Rest based on reviews about this hotel. It's not luxurious but for the price you pay (an average of 100 for three nights) and for its location, it's perfect. The bathroom is always clean, at least I asked for the cleaning the first day and never found it dirty. The dust and smell in the stairs is true but I remind you that you sleep in the rooms and those are good, no bad smell and dust only in the corners. I traveled with a group of thirteen people, ten adults over 40 who, not the little adaptability, found themselves.

Great commitment to central London!

The structure is like a photo, upstairs the bathroom is shared with four rooms, very small bathroom located in the kitchen, without windows, small shower with siphon that did not discharge well, so you filled the shower dish, bathroom without mirror so it was impossible to shave me, tiny washing machine as seen in the original photo of the site, room of right size and but did not have the tent, so bed overlooking the rooms of the front buildings, TV not present, light with lights only in the entrance.

Discreet, could do more

The worst thing I've ever seen in my life. 0 hygiene 0 service 0 TODO is all community, full of humidities and roofs that unfold as can be seen in the photos. The owners are Moroccans who also charge everything in cash and don't pay you a bill or anything. Obviously nobody cleans the living quarters or any area of that staircase with rooms.

The hotel of horror

This review wants to be a warning to all those who were going to rent these apartments (our was at civic 326). The truth is the location is really strategic 2 steps from the Edgware road subway station that gets you into The Circle, the main line of the subway, and to other lines, but the positive things end here! As soon as we entered the condominium atrium we were assaulted by nauseating sewage flats that lasted the whole stay and that forced us to walk the race stairs and invest in decoy. The ramps covered with dirty moquette and spread dirt.
