Bad reviews are probably written by competitors!!! The room is fancy!Perfect cleanliness, toilet just shines and the shower cabin is nice to take a shower, without glibness!!! Stayed with my daughter for 5 years, beds(mattresses) very comfortable and big,!! Such a breakfast - like dinner!!! never seen in any other Hotel!!! And the pool is above all praise!! Thank you!!!

We've been to the hotel for the third time in the last two years, all three times we've been to the Crimea, we've chosen it out of a convenient location, clean, decent rooms, a free breakfast and the possibility of two days, on the day of arrival and the day of departure, to swim in the pool, which is located on the adjacent territory. I am completely satisfied with the work of the hotel, questions have been raised about the restaurant and the water area. In the lobby I am not observing this picture for the first time (photo attached). 7 sky rains on usaty guests with such a cleaning. Pool guarding is a horror!!! The pool staff is a complete mess!

We were driving with our daughter for a day. We settled down and went straight to the restaurant, ordered food. The waiter told us to wait 20/30, we went to the room, changed our clothes, came in 30 minutes. As a result, we stayed in the restroom for another 30 minutes, and the waiting time was an hour!!!I was brought a frickin' frickin', and the daughter a fish with unripe rice. After I expressed dissatisfaction, as compensation I brought 3 pieces of sour mannequin and as much creamy cake.

It's only the water park that makes me happy.

The hotel itself matches its stariness,nothing special,perfectly simple rooms,aquapark,which is included in the price with very cold water(on the website it is written with heating-it's not so)Many locals,the children's pool is crowded,people are very many.In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant-it's the most not tasty kitchen and the most not experienced waiters from the places where I was.They prepared a steak of beef,which not only can't be eaten,you can't cut it with a knife!!!!In return we don't even have anything to offer.....They chose Spain, they brought Chile.....The course of the waiters not only to get acquainted with the guilt, they didn't learn and read.

The rooms are not big, but everything is there. The bed is comfortable, the bedding is always clean and smells fresh. The toiletries are enough. Towels are changed every day. Noise insulation, like in most hotels, is not important. In winter the room is warm. In summer it's cool, air conditioned. I stopped several times. The girls at the reception are just witches. I had a lot of different situations: leaving a few days early, being delayed for a few days... everything was always resolved! thank you!
