The parking was not on the premises, but nearby, practically on the sidewalk. When we entered the house, we were told to remove our shoes and things, go upstairs to the third floor (you could have provided disposable slippers). In one room the TV was working, in the second there was no TV. There were no handles on the windows in one of the rooms, so it was impossible to ventilate the room. The toilet was huge, but the sink for washing

We are always in touch with guests, we eliminate defects on request, we provide everything necessary on request. During the period of settlement there were no requests from you for kitchen appliances and cleaning. Maybe it was wet because of the rain. But in the room the new air conditioner, the problem is solved. During the stay we do not provide cleaning services, as we are not a hotel facility, but we provide residential rooms for rent. We are not entitled to provide hotel services. In any case we are ready to discuss the requests and offers of our guests!
