This place cannot be called a hotel. The owners should be wildly ashamed of the dirt and indifference. People are like a pigsty. Dirty bedding, dishes, surfaces, windows in a half-drained scotch, on a hair toilet, a broken urn, in the ceiling of the lamp with combs of dust, barely burns one lamp. It was dressed like in the wagon of an old train there (but these are no longer used almost). It needs to be loaded independently. Pillow stuffing from some of the same incomprehensible combs.

Full thrash; 1. Nowhere in the description is it stated that access to the upper floors is only possible on foot through the steepest stairs; 2. Breakfast is a mockery: a cup of dissolved coffee: 21st century in the courtyard, the concept of hospitality has changed; 3. Locks in the doors are all broken; first they tried to settle me in a room without a lock; 4. The hotel is located in the neighborhood of the new building where the official authorities of the county are gathered. So if you need to arbitrate or UFAA, it's better not to find a place. It's not the most convenient hotel in the world (for example, to get into the lobby hall, you have to go through a steep staircase with different heights), but the friendly attitude of the staff covers up all the inconveniences with a surcharge. Any whim of the guest is perceived by the staff as their own disease.

The downside is the location, the hot water, the clean laundry. The downside starts right at the entrance - you have to climb up the second floor on a ladder with different heights and widths. The reception is depressing and unwelcoming.

I'll start with a good hotel in the center of town. That's it! Stopped at the end of January, in the cold. Settled in a separate building, because all the rooms were mainly occupied (!??). The room is very cool, the heater is included. Of the room provided: e/teacup, cups, TV, 2 towels, shampoo in the bags. Breakfast is one name... Cups and eggs, or pancakes; tea, dissolved coffee. Although I didn't want to write about this - worse than hotels in Russia (standard rooms) I haven't seen!((. This is the most extreme case, if there is no more place to stop in the city at all!

The crystal?

The check-in stop is on the second floor. Moscow flights arrive in the city at 5 a.m. A woman with a suitcase has to pull it up the stairs to the second floor. A huge thank you to the administrator who helped me lift the suitcase to the 4th floor, where I lived and my operated leg. The day I left she helped me lower it. The bathroom is clean. The shower that washed me and the entire bathroom at the same time was quickly replaced. The controller on the fortress I never got in 3 days. I washed the suitcase.
