My husband and I took a family room for one night....impressions are ambiguous))) on the one hand it's a really cool location, very close to a beautiful olive park, you can walk to the sea, you can drive to Sopot 5-7 minutes away. Nearby there are macks and grocery stores) the hostel itself is very simple, the repair is old in the rooms, but you can spend the night even less clean... the kitchen is packed, the bathroom and the toilet are shared and there is only one floor... basically the photo and description corresponds to the photos on the site) price = quality surprised by the fact that there is no reception machine...it didn't work when we arrived and when we left...the day went by without a smirk like going in (codes), so when you left (on the 12th day) we tried to call someone at the door (but we didn't get through the room) but we didn't get to the room (but we didn't get to the room))))

Self-service host

I understand that this is a budget hostel and I should not be expecting too much as far as quality goes. However, I find it hard to recommend it as being value of money since it feels like stepping foot into a budget airlines with comfort being taken out of the equation. 

Firstly and possibly my biggest issue with this hostel is the very fact that the staff is non-existent. This has led to many problems in my stay here. This includes other guests who wouldn't stop blasting music straight into the night and early in the morning since there is no one here to enforce anything. During my 2 nights and 3 days here, I have only witnessed the staff show up on my very last day. My girlfriend and I also had a less than stellar experience with some of the guests who would just open the door of our private room. 

The other big problem is the fact that it has 2 toilets with 7 rooms in total. This may not sound a lot until you consider the fact that most rooms are squeezed with bunk beds. This makes the mornings a nightmare. 

The only good thing about staying here is the fact that it is located really near the Oliwa Park. Apart from that, I recommend spending a little more money for a far superior experience.

Non-existent Staff

Small hostel in quiet area. It is far from the center but near the railway station, it is good place when You want visit Gdańsk and Sopot, because it is in the same distance from the center of both cities. In hostel You can rent bikes, so you can get to many place very quickly on them. In hostel is small garden, You can eat meals or rest in it. Very nice receptionist girl.

Very nice place

What was nice is the calm neighborhood and that it is really near the train station. The room was clean and nice. The two drawbacks of this place are: - only two bathroom which was really inconvenient... we had to wait for it for ages! and the other thing is that is rather far out of the city center and if you want to do something late in the night the only option is a taxi.
