Apartment almost at the end of the street so far from traffic, but close to both metro C and a supermarket Lidl. Check in in fact in autonomy following very clear instructions, accompanied by video, send me via whatsapp. Large room, very minimal furnishing, clean. Large bathroom with shower, but without bidet. Sufficient breakfast with brioches, yogurt and some packaged snacks. Coffee and/or cappuccino prepared by the lady of the B&B

Has good check in communications, we arrived before stated noon check in time. So far so good.

One word as a perfect description of this place.

Spartanic!

Minimum everything. Small, high windows with a cord rope to be opened, room is full with one person in it. Fit out resembles a tip shop gathering at best. It’s a hoot! ( no it’s not) Shower cubicle won’t fit anyone taller than a beer bottle, 
Extremely noisy for a accomodation dwelling!! Forget about sleep.
Peeps playing pool and ranting on outside felt next to your bed head.
Tv is accessible via binoculars it’s that small and only has Italian Chanel’s. ( it’s satellite )! Again. No effort made for peeps non Roman plebs.

Breakfast coffee very good but the rest is agin bare minimum with a selection of sweet pastry, fruit and yoghurt from next doors LIDL market. Quality box gatherings dished up of a concerned owner. I would not dare to call that remotely breakfast or even food.

Toilet cistern stuffed and  running all nite again( second nite no sleep! ) sink pop up waste closed. Yay! Owner fixed cistern straight away only, and left room key in the door. My luggage open to everyone. Thanks, I make my own bed too. It’s clean tho. And that is that.

How on earth they did get a 8.0 rating they display for this place is a joke.
Place is in the SE of the outer ring
of town. So be aware it’s costly to go town and back. 
Am extremely disappointed.

O dear!

We had a very good night's sleep on the 1st of June in the 2nd. Well organized structure, although we checked in a little late, we had no difficulty. Cristian, the host was very available. The lady we met in the morning for a very cordial breakfast. We will definitely be back on our next trip from Catania to Rome. Not to underestimate, it deserves all the stars, the location near the subway. We went to the parade on the 2nd of June without any difficulty or stress.

Advice to all

Pro: Near metro C and near the supermarket, accessible on foot (2/10) Pro: Microwaves were very small type 1 or 2 and needed to be washed like other utensils, because they were in a poorly hygienic condition (photo allowance) (3/10) Pro: Freezers and Freezers in common (3/10) Pro: The refrigerator in the room had virtually nothing to ask for. Absolutely Excellent place! Super Safe, Super clean, Super comfortable and Super close to the metro! Highly recommend!!! Gabriella the host is incredibly nice, helpful and has excellent hospitality with her guests!

Fantastic b&b!!!!

My husband and my daughter and I stayed one night,but let's start with the lady's willingness and kindness. Very cozy place,clean and modern room,four-star bathroom,very clean refined with professional hair dryers.Silly breakfast,nothing was missing.Excellent coffee machine makes a great cappuccino unlike many hotels where near machines you can't really get close...Outside c and a beautiful garden where c and the possibility of having breakfast and spending some time...congratulations!

It's welcoming.

A clean room, a quiet and well connected area, the metro station is very close! A little outside the center of Rome but you arrive in a short time very kind and friendly staff

Pleasant stay

Place well connected for commuting, having metro available a few meters away, clean room and equipped with a comfortable bed, and bathroom although small it is also clean, unpleasant instead the window that faces at the same height of the entrance is from which it is impossible not to notice all the noises of the people entering and leaving for the other two days in which I stayed the neighbors were quite noisy so the rest was continuously interrupted, with which I wanted to emphasize that despite the satisfactory position and cleanliness of the structure, it did not care deeply for the order and respect of the occupants!

The Voice of Truth

I stayed on the weekend of March 18, 2017, very kind reception, very clean apartment, quiet breakfast, everything in general I recommend, public transport is 200 meters from the apartment, the center is not around the corner, but easily accessible, by metro and bus.
