To avoid absolutely I would like to explain to the owner of the structure what is meant by beb or bed and breakfast with our surprise there is no breakfast although the photos make you believe the opposite mediocre rooms high prices x the structure claims the lodging fee as soon as you arrive but the receipt you have to ask by email recommended maximum

Promised a room with 2 deds as my father in law came ,when we arrived they were not provided the same thing happened with other family. Contacting the owner they denied offering this option even when we provided the reception the text messages, the owner was very rude and refused to help. After nearly an hour she agreed but with extra charges. Room was in a great vicinity tidy and warm very dated ok for a few nights but owner requires some lessons on manners

We are in a very bad situation, almost like a hostel, with questionable management, especially since they do not even issue any receipts and only collect cash.

I booked from 7/12/22 until 11/12/22 a triple booking at the B&B LIA ROOMS Via Napoli 15 in La Spezia warning that I could not check in by 6pm and not even by 8pm despite having been asked for an extra 20 euros. We called the manager, who did not answer the phone, cancelling the room booking. We warned several times the booking operators who only said We're sorry. After 10 years of taking you, the relationship of trust that we had with the company was broken down to inform us about the next time.

It's very serious.

After booking we arrived via Booking.com and we had the very unpleasant surprise of finding the door closed at 6:30 p.m. and we went to sleep somewhere else.

Didn't get us at 6:30.

We made the reservation and charged the charge directly to the card. We informed that we were on our way and would not arrive on time, assuming there would be a charge for the check-in later (20 euros...) When we arrived, at 9pm, there was no one to answer us. We called the phone and the doorbell over and over for over an hour, even staying nearby for dinner if someone showed up but without success, they gave no signs of life. We literally stayed on the street.

Impressables are not possible.

This is called literally stealing money from honest people and this is a person who is definitely not worthy of working!! I will definitely report it to all the sites where he appears and report it to the La Spezia financial guard! After pocketing the money he no longer answers the phone or he returns to all the phone calls without listening to you talk about it. I booked for one night but I had a health problem so I couldn't go I wanted to ask if it was possible to meet us to find a solution and maybe get a voucher. I couldn't even talk to him because he attacked me on the phone 2 times and signaled the same number to me, and he couldn't even come back to the office without letting you talk about it.

He deserves less than zero. The wrong person who dismisses the last one to give the accommodation at a more favorable price, taking advantage of the option of paying in the facility with booking. By the way, did you know that if you choose this option the check of card validity does not handle the booking but the facility? What does this mean? That the facility can tell you the story that the card is not valid only to sell it at a more favorable price. And that is what this facility did two days before departure. She denied our phone calls and hung up our phone several times, confirming even more of our doubts: she cancelled the reservation for advantages.personality.personality...without the fact that five people already paid for the train search, and scheduled their vacation. But this is what this facility did two days before departure.

It's a scam.

Extremely rude woman! Liar and swindler! 
Not in her mind! Canceled the reservation for 2 days without a refund, because of a small delay.
We have a flight delay and asked her for the late check-in via booking, she did not answer and she wrote the fake number on the booking website, so it is impossible to reach her! Also, her neighbors mentioned that she is doing it all the time! 
Beware if you don t want to ruin your holiday!

BEWARE!!! SCAM!!!

Excellent accommodation, the room and its furniture were new and modern, and super equipped. impeccable cleanliness, perfect position in the center of La Spezia and next to the train station to visit the 5 lands. Possibility to park his car in a closed box. The host is kind and available. I 100% recommend this accommodation!
